Does this program bypass CAPTCHA codes (Letter and number security codes)

Yes, this program uses a special bypass method to get around these codes for automated friend requesting. Unfortunately this is not available for commenting in any available MySpace automation software. This method is unique, and only exists in our software. (Currently unavailable)

Adder Robot bypassed CAPTCHA security codes for friend requests, but why not for comments?

CAPTCHA security codes cannot be bypassed by any MySpace automation software currently available. The method we use currently only works for friend requests. Of course, we are looking into a way to do this, it is unclear when it will be available

Can I get banned, suspended or anything like that from MySpace, for using this software?

No, as long as you do not exceed the 500 friend request per account, per day limit... you cannot be banned or detected using this software. Unlike most competing software, Adder Robot acts as if it were a real person using an embeded Internet Explorer window rather than winsockets and is undetectable.

My account has been "frozen". What should I do?

Allow your account to cool down. Dont send excessive ammounts of actions for at least a few days. This will allow the red flag against your account to drop. This particularly occurs with newly created accounts, rather than older ones.

I reformatted (reinstalled, rebooted) my computer, or purchased a new one. My product code is no longer valid, and the software is unregistered again. What do I do?

Your product code has reset, which causes Adder Robot to think it is no longer registered. Please e-mail us with your new product code, and if possible your old one as well. Be sure to e-mail us from the e-mail address you used to purchase, or include that e-mail address or your receipt ID in the body of the e-mail.We will reactivate it as soon as possible for you.

Are updates free?

Yes, once you register you will receive all version updates for free!

Can I use more than one MySpace account with this bot?

Yes! Unlike similar software you can use multiple MySpace accounts per machine. One license is good for one machine.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We prefer PayPal, other payments accepted are eGold, cash, and money order. For info on how to make payments with methods other than PayPal, please contact us.

I just purchased your software, now what?

You were prompted to enter your product code before checkout, that product code is now automatically activated and registered. If you purchased a 3 or 5 user license you have been e-mailed further instructions on how to activate your product codes and register your software.

Is this software Mac compatible?

At this time, unfortunatley no. A Mac version could possibly be seen in the future though. Although, you can run the program on Virtual PC, which is a Windows emulator for the Mac.

Adder Robot seems to be requesting friends, although my pending friend request box never seems to increase! What's going on?

This has been a known error for some accounts with MySpace.com for months now. Unfortunately, MySpace seems to have done nothing to fix it yet. The problem is experienced in and out side of Adder Robot. Please contact MySpace.com for further information.

I haven't reached my daily usage limit yet, although MySpace.com is telling me I have. Why is this?

Although this occasionally is an error with MySpace.com, it is possible this may be occuring if you have sent messages, comments, posted on forums etc throughout MySpace.com within the same 24 hour span of your friend request automation. Meaning the cap limit MySpace.com sets may be mixed. The caps MySpace.com use tend to change frequently.
