PayPal Timeouts/Refusals Help If your PayPal payment doesnt seem to be going through properly: If you have tried sending a payment through PayPal and have received "time out" errors or anything of the sort... check your PayPal balance for charges, if you feel you need to then let PayPal know what happened immedietly to ensure your account hasn't been charged multiple times. If you cant get your payment to go through, login to your account and use the "Send Money" tab. Please contact us before using this procedure so we can tell you where to send the payment and how to submit your product code. If you feel that your account has been wrongfuly charged or if anything seems wrong, notify PayPal immedietly. |
