If you were not, contact us immedietly so we can send the form to you. This is required to be filled out in order to finish the registration process. Your registration code will be sent to your primary PayPal e-mail address shortly afterwards.
My Registration Code Doesnt Work: If your registration code is coming up invalid... 1. Check you sent the full, entire product code. It should be in this 32 character format: 2. Make sure your zeros aren't 'O's or vice versa. We suggest you copy and paste using keyboard shortcuts, or pressing the "Copy" button on the "About" window when acquiring your product code. 3. Make sure there are no spaces before or after your product code when you enter it into the validation window. 4. If it still does not work, contact us immedietly.
