The Adder Robot software is to be used only for personal profiles or bands. You will not hold Adder Robot, it's developers, affiliates, or anyone related to the software responsible for your actions.You will not use the software for any illegal or suspicious activity, or anything not accepted by the MySpace TOS. You will only use this software for MySpace accounts created by you, or accounts you have received permission to use. If you are found to not be following these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your license with the Adder Robot software; no refund will be made. 2. Refund/Cancellation Policy By purchasing this software you agree with the following. No refunds will be made at any time, partial or full. Adder Robot is shareware, you are given the opportunity to trial the program before payment. Also, as with any MySpace Automation Software, you are purchasing an unsure product. Meaning that, the product could stop working at any given moment, depending on the cooperation of MySpace.com. We reserve the right to discontinue updates at any time for any reason. Please be aware of what you are purchasing. 3. Exchange Policy We can at any time switch your product code from one machine to another. If you reformat, or replace the machine Adder Robot was purchased for, you can at anytime e-mail us to have your product code switched. We cannot switch the license for a different product (ie. Train Conductor or TagBot). 4. Piracy You agree you will not exploit the Adder Robot software in anyway. If you are found to have shared your license, you will be terminated as a registered user without refund. The Adder Robot software is shareware, and is only to be shared in it's demo state. We will take any legal actions necessary if this is violated. 5. Liability You will not claim Adder Robot, it's developers, affiliates, or anyone related to the software to be liable for lost information, profits. You understand that by using the Adder Robot software your MySpace account could be terminated, frozen, etc at anytime. 6. Lifespan You understand and agree that Adder Robot is third party, grey area software. The program can go as "Abandonware" at any given time it's developers choose. This term is as Wikipedia describes: "software which is still available, but on
which further support and development have been intentionally
